Banquet Info

This year’s HHS Swimming and Diving Team Dinner will be held on Thursday, March 4th starting at 6PM.


This year it will be held at the Fairview at Pinecrest – which is the clubhouse at the Pinecrest golf course. Rossi’s restaurant in Millis – where we held the banquet last year – now operates this facility and will cater it for us. We’ll have a similar Italian Buffet as last year.

I’ve reserved it to start at 6PM, with the dinner buffet starting at 6:30. Cost will be approximately $20.00 per person, and parents and siblings are invited. Pinecrest can hold up to 115 guests, so we will have to limit it if it gets to that size. But I don’t anticipate we will fill up.

The approximate $20.00 cost includes the meal, catering, and soft drinks, as well as coaches gifts. Rossi’s is giving us a nice discount, and HABA contributes some $ to offset the costs.

Please send me an e-mail if you plan to come or not, just so I can start getting an idea of how many people we will have. I will send out an “official” invitation e-mail shortly with final details and costs, and where to send your payment. We need to provide the caterers from Rossi the final number and payment by February 25th, which is less than 3 weeks away, with February vacation in the middle.

For those of you who haven’t attended these, it’s a fun night, good food, and ends with coaches awards, team awards, and other nice things that are put together.
